Hannah Valdez, Site Director/Lead Discovery Teacher
Hannah first started teaching for the Discovery Center in 2007 after graduating from Northwestern University with her BA in Pre-Primary and Elementary Education and MN Teaching License. After several years, she left to teach internationally with a mission in Bangledesh before returning to the Discovery Center as a Site Director/Lead Teacher in 2014. Hannah loves to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys camping and boating.

Kim Berardino, Lead Kinderstart Teacher
Kim has been teaching with the Discovery Center since August of 2018 and has worked in the education field for many years. She has her degree in History from the University of California/LA and her MN Teaching Certificate. Kim enjoys reading, crafting, jigsaw puzzles and her cats.
