Lake Area Discovery Center at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church opened in 2005. This site was the first to open outside of White Bear Lake and became the first of two Stillwater sites (Trinity Lutheran opened the following year). Our Savior’s LADC sits just off highway 36 in Stillwater. It is an ideal location in a growing community with lots of young families.
Site Director Stacy Miller holds a BA in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She has been on staff since 2008 and has lead taught in multiple classrooms and ages at both Stillwater Discovery Center locations.
