Hosanna Discovery Center opened in the Fall of 2019 and is the second Forest Lake location to partner with Lake Area Discovery Center (LADC). The new expanded programming includes flexible scheduling options for INFANTS starting at 6 weeks as well as toddlers ages 16 months old to pre-kindergarten preschoolers. The program builds upon the strong 30+ year history of Hosanna Lutheran’s Sunshine Preschool by adding extended/wrap-around care, full-time scheduling options and accreditation/quality ratings.
Cemantha Wibstad, Site-Director / Lead Kinderstart and Discovery Teacher – Cemantha joined the Discovery Center in 2013. She has a BA in Elementary Education, double-minoring in Special Education and Pre-Primary studies from Northwestern University in St. Paul and has a MN Teaching License. Cemantha enjoys spending time with her family, going on long nature walks, playing board games, boating and traveling. Cemantha loves working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
