Cemantha Wibstad, Site-Director / Lead Kinderstart Teacher  

email Cemantha Cemantha joined the Discovery Center in 2013. She has a BA in Elementary Education, double-minoring in Special Education and Pre-Primary studies from Northwestern University in St. Paul. Cemantha enjoys spending time with her family, going on long nature walks, playing board games, boating and traveling. Cemantha loves working with children and helping them reach their fullest potential.  “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy. It does not boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others. It is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered.”  – Corinthians 12:4-5

Sara Bertini, Discovery Lead Teacher

Email Sara Sara has been teaching at Presentation’s Preschool for many years, staying on when the Discovery Center partnered with POM in 2018. She has her BA in Elementary Education, Licensed for grades K-6. Sara’s interests include cooking, reading and spending time with her family and friends. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13    





Mabel Bonilla, Assistant Teacher

  Mabel joined the Discovery Center teaching team in 2015, working at the Forest Lake Discovery Center. She is currently attending Century College to obtain her nursing degree and plans to attend graduate school for Psychology. Mabel loves kayaking, reading books, hiking and hanging out with her best friend. She enjoys meeting new people and bringing joy and laughter to those around her.

Jamie Snow, Assistant Teacher

Jamie has taught at Presentation Preschool for thirteen years, joining the Discovery Center team in 2018! She has her German and Education degrees from Hamline University, as well as her K6 MN Teaching License. Jamie enjoys reading, puzzles, playing and watching sports. “If you can affect someone when they’re young, you are in their hearts forever.”  – Mara Wilson 

Michelle Hoemann, Lead Kinderstart Teacher

email Michelle Michelle has been teaching at Presentation School for 21 years, joining the Discovery Center team in 2018. Michelle has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is currently enrolled at St. Catherine’s to obtain her MN Teaching License.  Michelle believes in creating a warm, nurturing environment for children, teaching to each child at their level and capitalizing on their individual strengths! Her hobbies include spending time with family and supporting kids in activities and sports, traveling and running. “The children don’t remember what you try to teach them. Hannah Anderson, Lead Explorer Teacher

Email Hannah Hannah graduated from UW-Stout with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She joined the Discovery Center team in 2016 as an assistant teacher in Stillwater. In her free time, Hannah likes to walk and hike and also enjoys swimming. Her hobbies are reading and playing the piano.

Sandy Gramse, Assistant Teacher

  Sandy has been teaching in the early childhood field for many years and loves working with young learners! Sandy enjoys scrapbooking, gardening and walking.  “Everything happens for a reason!”      






Michelle Wahlstrand, Assistant Teacher / Worship Leader

  Michelle has been teaching with Presentation Preschool since 2008, joining with the Discovery Center team in 2018. Her 50 years working with children have been spent as a babysitter, childcare provider for bible study and mom’s day away, Children’s Liturgy of the Word Leader and assistant teacher for ECFE. Michelle enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and walking. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”  – Philippians 4:13
