Lake Area Discovery Center at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church opened in 2005. This site was the first to open outside of White Bear Lake and became the first of two Stillwater sites (Trinity Lutheran opened the following year). Our Savior’s Discovery Center sits just off highway 36 in Stillwater, a growing community with lots of young families! At this location, we serve children ages 6 weeks-5 years old. We are proud to be NAEYC Nationally-Accredited and Four-Star Parent Aware Rated, the highest quality rating possible in Minnesota.
Lily Strain, Regional Director
Lily has her BS in Education from Augsburg University, with her MS in K-12 Education Administration. A MS in Business Administration is in progress from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. In addition to teaching at Faith Lutheran Discovery Center, Lily is Regional Director for four additional locations in Forest Lake, Wyoming and Stillwater. Lily and her husband live in the Stillwater area, where they enjoy spending time with their three sons.
